  BizDesk - Labour Efficiency Survey
  The module allows you to evaluate an employee's efficiency by awarding points for each activity.
The evaluation is based on a comparison of an employee's score to the values accepted for him and the minimal values. The evaluation may be carried out by a superior or an employee himself, who enters the assumed plan's execution values, e.g. if we assume that within eight hours a production-department worker can perform a 100-point-worth work and the minimal value is 70 points.
The employee or superior proceeds to enter the daily values of the assumed plan. An automatically generated graph presents the efficiency of the employee with regard to the given task. In this way you can survey the efficiency not only of a single worker but a whole group of workers (company's departments).
The Labour Efficiency Survey allows you to determine the weak points of the whole firm.
