The client is the key to a company’s development and an efficient contact-with-the-client management is the key to success. The BizDesk program offers you a tool which allows you to improve contacts with your clients.
When adding a client you can specify the discount on the products on your offer. During this procedure you can also specify such data as method of payment, maturity date or form of delivery. You may also check your settlements status when editing or previewing data.
The Bizdesk Server database allows quick access to clients’ data. The BizDesk program allows quick search of the client database created by you and finding events that took place between you and your client. These events may include: telephone calls, meetings, claims. Thanks to BizDesk all this is available in one, compact program. Our software enables you to trace the whole event from reporting it to its ending.

We have added the Trade Information module in Client Resources Management, which is responsible for storing any official and unofficial information about future contacts with other companies, e.g. information exchange between tradesmen in one field of activity, information on potential clients obtained from different sources.
